We use handcut glass and lead free silver solder to create our charms.  There are no known allergies to any of our products!

How do I submit a request for a custom order? TOP

If you want something different than what is on our site, simply email us at sunnye@thejeweledroom.comand we will assist you from there.  You will be able to choose every variable of your piece and upload photos if you choose.

How long does it take to get my order? TOP

All online orders are guaranteed to ship within one week after we receive all of the information from you and the photo(s) if applicable.  We strive to complete them as soon as we receive them, however, with our busy show schedules it may take up to a week before we ship your order out.

Can you do a home party for me? TOP

I would love to!  Simply email me at  sunnye@thejeweledroom.com and work out a time and date and I'll be there!

How many letters can go on a stamped charm? TOP

Well, there's no easy answer for that one!  I will do my best to fit what you want on a stamped charm.  However, if I feel that you've requested something that won't work or simply won't look good, I will call or email you and make a suggestion on how to make it look great!

Can I get a longer chunky necklace? TOP

Absolutely!  Please just make a note when you check out as to how long you would like for it to be.  There may be an additional charge if it is much longer than the original length.
